What's PDF?
The Portable Document Format (PDF) has been developed by Adobe® Systems and is the open de facto standard for electronic document distribution worldwide.
Which are the main PDF features?
Adobe PDF is a universal file format that preserves all the fonts, formatting, graphics, and color of any source document, regardless of the application and platform used to create it. The files are compact and can be shared, viewed, navigated, and printed exactly as intended by anyone with free Adobe Acrobat® Reader® software.
What do you need for reading PDF files?
Recent internet browsers already come with built-in PDF support (plug-in) or offer that option during their installation. Otherwise free Acrobat Reader and several plug-ins are available at Adobe® Systems directly. Please, click to the following button for being linked to the Acrobat download site.
